Jay-Z Concert Documentary and his Chat with nice Lady in Subway

Jay-Z played eight sold out concerts in September at newly-opened Barclays Center, Brooklyn. A team of filmmakers accompanied him and made a nice film showing preparations, concert clips and a nice scene in the NY subway.

On his way to his final concert performance in Brooklyn, he heads for the subway, sits down and gets asked by an elderly woman: “Are you famous?” Funny scene indeed.

Jay-Z replies: “Yes. Not very famous. You don’t know me,” “I’ll get there someday.”

She apparently had no idea who was sitting next to her but wondered why there are so many people around. Later she told the media that she thought either there was a disaster that caused the commotion on the train or at least a flash mob.

Watch the film, the conversation with the lady starts at minute 19…
