San Francisco transformed itself into Gotham City on Friday, November 15. Thousands of people turned out to help Miles, a 5-year-old boy in remission from leukemia, fulfill his wish to become the caped crusader, capturing the Penguin and the Riddler and rescuing a damsel in distress. The hours-long event was one of the most elaborate Make-A-Wish Foundation projects ever.
